As per the 5th amendment u have the right to not incriminate urself if u so choose, so I believe it's not gonna see the day of light.

In other stands, I do recall that in some cases truth serum was not effective with mentally unstable ppl, or gave conflicting results...I think it can be used as a supplement in addition to evidence, but not as THE MAIN EVIDENCE...similar to lie detector tests.
