If you can get a driver visa on your sponsorship it would be cheaper to have your own driver . If you wanted to have driver with Qatar licence his sapary range would be Qrls1200 to 1500/- per month + accomodation + ticket . I had the privillage to hire one in past and it was a good experiance....
