I know that very well. Some Laborers are getting paid very low wages but sill it changes their life style. If I didn't chnage and they had a better opportunity why would they come here.

As you said you worked here for 15 years.
when you first came you started low you work hard you get paid better. The better you do the better you get piad.

You can start in Qatar as a labor worker and end up within 5 years as a manager for other works.
