Specially when it comes to the affair of educating children being so costly, I do know many families who chose to go back to their homeland.
With regards to the problem posed by Samira Qabbani though I see most people around my locality still do send their kids outdoors to play and shop at the stores totally unattended by any adults, and I truly find that scary to say the least. They are obviously those who have taken the whole low crime theory to mean no crime and are completely ignorant to the evils lurking around!
