Wide roads..
More fines for the people blocking the passage by their hazard lights on waiting for a cup of tea or someone..

After they have metro and good public transport
1. More parking fees in public places like shopping centres etc
2. Hike Fuel Prices
3. Reduced charges in public transport.. I heard that it is minimum 10 QR in Karwa Bus where as in taxis also the same which looks stupid for me..
