Rizks: forget about the time of violation which is mentioned in MOI coz in many cases the time given is different from the actual time & the best way to know if it is really you or someone else is by going to any traffic dept. and tell them to show u the photo,
1. if it is ur car => pay the fine silently & leave with a smile.
2. if it is different car => show ur istemara to the officer & they will guide u for further steps.
