I realise you asked the landfill question back in 2009 but I thought I might as well try asking....

Apart from the one at Umm Al-Afai did you ever find any more landfill sites? I am working on an environmental project and would like to know the locations of as many as possible. Alternatively do you know which ministry is now in charge of waste management?
