But it is not good others to suggest things that they can do this or they can do that...If someone comes with good idea/initiative we have to appreciate it or if its not something we like at least we dont have to demotivate the OP.

He has a will to help people...it is really not fair to judge or create personal opinions about him unless we meet him in person or discuss with him in real life.

He is asking for contribution cuz he has will..and we have to appreciate it.
