Theloneus, they do fire school teachers if the students do not bring good results. In my boyfriends school, despite spoonfeeding the kids, they still don't even manage to get an E to pass so what do they do? fire the teachers and bring in new ones.. This goes on every year. Firing and hiring, hiring and firing.. LOL
