Com on be realistic... If you need all this services and brave enouht to pay more than the value of your old car, you have to go to the authorized service.(Nissan service asked for 15,000 Qrs. to repair the less cooling A/C of the TIDA of our company)
But in one point you are right. The garages locating so scattered. Should be assembled in specific sites and this should be done not only for garages also for each other industrial branches.
