seek for advice first in labour - al muntazah to really make sure you are really in the right position to claim. then, go for labour - industrial if you really want to claim for your rights. i really admire our fellow nepali expats whom i saw in labour - industrial, most of them don't know how to speak arabic or english, they can speak but in broken language. and they go by their own, all alone. i have seen their courage & patience to claim for their rights.. i advice you guys with problems to seek for assistance. we all know that there are evil employers here. lets not make them prevail. :)
