first rule, mother of the child should be under the sponsorship of the husband.. second, if the mother is also working, the father of the child should have a higher salary than the mother.... and third , only the father is allowed to sponsor a family... so if you really want to keep your baby here with you, you must transfer your company's sponsorship to be under your husband otherwise there's no chance at all.. however you can get family visit visa for your child so your child can stay with you for max 6 months but only your husband can also apply for such visa (family visit)...
