So, to make a very long story a little shorter.
What the men and some women here are saying is this: If a woman wears sexy clothes she must not be surprised if and when she gets raped.It is her fault, as men can't control their urge for sex if they see a sexy looking woman. and that is perfectly ok.

Now, what can we conclude from this :
This is the reason why women in certain areas on this planet have to go to extreme measures to cover themselves...because the men have no respect for them as people, they have (some do) respect for what they wear.
