Ur right nom..but even men respect their own self they wont pick others diamonds or look at them with lusty eyes... but practically it is difficult to inculcate this in men's population as it was tried by all spiritual, political and leaders in academic hence we got these strict laws...

If 100% men have the respect you are talking about then would will become heaven with no such crimes but historically we know it is not really possible for the world to be heaven for a long time...
