I fancy jogging 8 km or brisk walk 12 km every other day after sunset...but I am not yet ready for any marathons as sometimes I just feel pain like shin splints but I am sure it is cuz of shin splints as few years ago I used to run for 12 km five days a week. May be it is cuz I did not run for a while.
