if PR has been rejected, it means it is from Ministry of Labor and not the QP.

They still want you but their hands are tight. There are rules in this country where by they ban certain nationalities or there could be other reasons, who knows!!

So, QP invested in you, but unfortunately it did not work out. Don't take it as humiliation at all.
