As if raping her was not enough, they had tortured her physically to such an extent that the doctors had to get her intestines removed because of which she could not have been able to eat food normally throughout her life.

Even if she had survived and been that brave to accept her medical condition for life the pain of seeing her loved ones suffer because of her sufferings would have been very difficult for her.
