hey buddy..if you want an opinion you can trust blindly, read on..the best value for money tyres one can buy are kumho..they are a well known korean brand with active participation at the highest levels of motorsport..fitted as standard by kia, hyundai and other manufacturers..i was in your situation too when i couldn't splash out on expensive tyres but also didn't want to compromise on quality..i researched online, read many articles, watched many testing videos..and then bought the kumho KH17 model for my car..i have been pleasantly surprised by how much better they are than the costly yokohamas my car comes with..the grip in both wet and dry is better, it has a high speed rating and they are as smooth and quiet as the yokos..and i paid 1280 rials for 4 tyres fitted..my tire size is 205/60/15..depending on what yours is, the price might be higher or lower..best of luck:-)
