The OP makes absolutely no sense.

The UN's declaration has nothing to do with Qatar's National Day. It's meant to highlight globally the often poor treatment of migrant laborers the world over. Sadly, I suspect the only migrant labor involved in today's parade with be the men who clean up afterwards.

This whole thing about there is one common community working united to build a better Qatar is really troubling. I'm all for every country's national day, but by why taint Qatar's noteworthy achievements by misrepresenting labor relations? The workers and expats are employees who aren't vested in the country, because they are simply migrants passing through. There is no path to citizenship and, for most expats, there is no desire to become citizens and stay in Qatar indefinitely.
