I don't think Doha has changed much since 2008/9 with respect to cost of living. A two-bedroom unfurnished apartment will cost around QR 6000 per month while a villa will be around 10000. Water and power charges will be extra. As for transportation you can buy your own car, hire a taxi, or use the bus service.
