Just like to share, I had an experience on broken water meter. After I have noticed such high charges on the water, I have found out that the meter is broken and reported it within the same week. They have accomodated my complain and given me a reference number, but they were charging minimum consumption per month during the repair period or until maybe the report was finished. Then from the initial reading of zero "0" from final reading they deducted the previous month charges.
Meaning it can be fixed but nevertheless you will have to pay more than you have consumed if you encounter a broken meter. So, make sure to check everything.
Also for Qtel, only QID is needed, no need for Kahramaa as you can transfer your qtel from once place to another.
