should always help the lesser fortunate, in any way possible. This is one way how poverty can be reduced, by distributing one's excess wealth among those who need it.
That said it always amazes and touches me to see generosity among those we would have assumed needy themselves. They may have very little and yet they are so giving and selfless..such people are truly worthy of praise!
