You will most probably be given seven days to leave the country at your court date. That's what happened to the last Westerner in your situation. One night in jail and then deportation with a week's notice. Better get your financial affairs in order, i.e., sell your car, transfer your accounts back to the US, break the news to your family. Your BAL will show some alcohol and that's enough. I'm sorry to be so blunt but you need to be realistic and prepared.
