were they? i heard the recording of the call and they did not sound australian. the caller pretending to the queen did not sound anything like the queen. didn't sound british. didn't even sound like a real old woman

it was obviously fake. i don't know why the receptionist and the nurse both fell for it. why would the queen call the hospital's general number and not have a direct access to the room's number itself, if not the nurse's mobile number
