I guess Car sales people make more commission than salary. They get commission from Insurance agents as well. 20k is not a bad salary, is it including House rent allowance? if not 6-7k will go for a normal 3BHK flat. School fees for 2 kids minimum 2.5 k per month in Indian schools.
