Depending what your budget is, you could opt for short term serviced accommodation, whereby you pay monthly in advance. If paying by cash you would need to pay a cash security deposit also up front.

Are you able to pay by bank transfer, or is the problem that you don't have a bank account? Many landlords will now accept bank transfer, but normally require additional security against non payment.
