work visa cannot be rejected, if a company has a quota for you. It looks like a Quota for "Greek Female" has been rejected. NOC has nothing to do with that. They even hasn't reached the point where your NOC is required.
And it also has nothing to do with you working for 6 months only. It's all about a quota.
