its done with me last 6 months back...i simply got NOC but i was having only NOC not release both are different.
I went back for exit and came in again with new visa from new employer... please note my visa at the time of departure was not expired and at the time of arrival my visa was expired.... just check if PRO is saying this....... may be applicable on release only not for NOC... check again with your self from immigration gharaffa.
