im a filipino. and iam a tourist here in singapore. i want to go to qatar as a tourist visa. a friend of mine in qatar will send me a tourist visa from qatar. what would i need to do once i received the visa? do i need to go to qatar embassy here in singapore or just buy a ticket and go?
