well online recruitment may or may not work..i suggest you try all your options and not just rely on online job postings; one option, although potentially expensive and risky, is for your husband to come here on a visit visa and test the market. He has banking experience which is especially relevant here. He could visit places and network with people and possibly land a role. It will be tough yes, but inshallah you'll find a way.
