I've worked elsewhere and would expect it to be similar to other institutions in the Middle East.

No matter where you work, it'll never be perfect. I don't have any lofty expectations about my going to work there. It's a job. I'm gonna go and do my best and get paid while doing it.

Whether your in the U.S., Canada or Australia, if you're not happy you can always leave your post.

For what it's worth, I have a few friends working there for several years and they seem content.

It really boils down to what your expectations are!
