The above incident is really embarrassing,myself i am staying in Ezdan in Wakra. Before while searching apartments have visited most of the ezdan compounds in Wakra .
Most of the Ezdan office guys are from Egypt,Believe me none of them are professional and hardly speak English.
If its company accomodation try to follow up things from your office .You can report the issue to Ezdan main head office one in West Bay,they are far better than the one's sitting in each compound/apartment office.
