I meant a self generated sms from qatar living by sending a verification code on a Qatari mobile number and once you input that code it will make the add visible over the website.
In this way any one sitting out side Qatar won't be able to post any thing until or unless they have a Qatari mobile number. Did you get that Runner1409.
