For general info, Lusail circuit has a track driving season pass for 3000 rials and single sessions at 300. Excellent alternative to speeding and taking out yourself and innocent folks.
3) it is possible he did in fact do 280. Al Khor highway back in the day when I was a brainless teenager, let my Mom's Camry touch 240 with a tailwind. There's plenty of non lambo/ferrari cars that can see 280. Hell, there's a Camry in Saudi Arabia that does 300+.
