Bluemountain is right but the crucial stage is getting the CID clearance if you are working with q company I would suggest go for NOC and cancel your visa this is more safe to get new visa than change sponsorship, this happen to me that I didnt get my clearance in CID in change sponsorship so for the 2nd time around I was accepted again to other Qcompany after 1 year so what I did I cancel my visa and provide NOC. I return to Qatar after 1 month. So good luck...
