It's not a big issue.

You are lucky that your employer is good with you. This is the normal phenomenon that everyone faces but it doesn't mean that we just quit job.

Most of the people face a lot of problems caused by their employers, at least you don't have that so relax and wait for more time to get yourselves accilimatized. ;)
