Mimi, I understand that, you understand that, I'm just sayin' that the Qatar government may not see it as a number one priority. I have been seeing a lot of "anti-family" rules and regs lately seemingly designed to discourage trailing spouses and kids. I, too, worry about the kinds of expats that will attract to Qatar. However, I also worry about parents who raise their kids in Qatar to have no sense that this is NOT their home and, indeed, capriciously can be re-patriated to a home they don't know well.
