Dubai has a Much better social life than doha . I've been there like 7-8 times & believe me when I say this the mindset out there the mentality is totally different from here. Dubai definitely has more fun , doha is more laidback & can get very boring, besides you can spend/save anywhere you want. Its entirely upto the Individual.
