I salute you for your major effort!
BUT, I do not understand how the parents can leave a special needs child with staff that has no idea about what needs to be done for this child! In fact, this is dangerous and most certainly counter productive to the welfare of the child.
This is really very bad!
A lot of damage can be done...even with the best effort in mind.
