Yep, we all know what is happening but nothing is being done about it. This is something for the locals to fix. The foreign companies are here just to make money with local joint venture companies. After the project is completed theyses companies and their Western expats will just leave. Locals have to fix their own problems in the long run; too often they have difficulties to accept criticism and react by turning it into racist, colonialism, etc...
