But just read the link that Mike posted ... Could it be that there was miscommunication? There were other posts on that FB page about missing pets, looking for their owners. Why was OP's cat posted as dumped (if indeed that is his cat?). In other words, they appear to be helping the community by their service.

Suggest better check properly and not conclude too quickly. All the best to OP in finding out the truth of what happened to precious pet. As for rude personnel, erm... What else is new about customer service in Qatar anyway, more impatient if exasperated with inability to communicate effectively with the other party, most of the time language barrier being the problem. (Not saying that this is the case in OP's situation, just generally)
