my bro in law had filed a case against his employer for not paying his dues when he had resigned.... the company counter filed a case with false accusations against him.... Happened in Sharjah....
The result? got stuck in the country for 3 years nd just fighting the case.... till eventually loosing the case nd paying the huge amount to the company....
now he is banned in UAE.
Ofcourse u can say law might be better here in Qatar but y take a risk... afterall fighting a case with a local guy is not so easy.
just turn the page nd try starting afresh... control ur anger nd frustrations for a better tomorrow.
