Perhaps there's some hope with NAM with Iran commencing its 3 year presidency? Any window of opportunity should be seriously considered and proactive, committed action taken for the sake of the Syrian people. Qatar had a hand in helping to soothe ruffled feathers in Sunday's talks, hope the disagreements can be ironed out.

/Btw, while NAM was set up to counter big power domination of international relations, but hope that the powers that be remember that we are not here to compete with each other to be numero uno but should collaborate for the greater good.
