I always had a passion to work in hotels. Infact even after having good no of years working in hotels back in my home country, the hotels in qatar was not even paying a decent enough salary.... Finally, had to leave the industry and join a company which is not at all connected to hospitality but atleast pays well..... m happy today for taking the right decision..... Its just the owners making money out here with building lot of new hotels around..... The ground level staff of almost all the hotels condition is the same...... I hope things get better soon....
