I got my new no.plate fixed last week. After landmark you'll go through a over bridge. Right after crossing over bridge make a right turn, that is more like a U turn in to service lane. You'll see a tall antena on your right(from main road). That's the Traffic deptt. Traning and no.plate office. They have signs also to lead you. Timings 5am-9am & 9pm to 12am.
