Samsung Galaxy 3 phone which is newly launched and good place in market have got so many problems. and self facing even biggest problem as well self observed in Samsung service center so many people came for the same issue.

that phone ringing we cant see the number contact or anything all of a sudden message pop up says this process been stooped by android system self went for the service center but they said for battery draining and this issue only to update software but still the same.

Any solution ???
