The cost structure (at least as of last spring) was (I think) 500 QAR for an annual membership, which secures your child's place for lessons. Lessons are paid for monthly (I think about 400 QAR a month). If you decided to stop for a few months, the annual membership secures the child a place when she start's up again.
If they don't email back, don't be deterred. They're much easier to deal with (like most things in Qatar) face-to-face. There is also some paperwork involved.
Lessons vary depending on age and ability. My daughter was a relative beginner (so it was one instructor and several assistants to a group of a maximum of five children, although usually 2-3). At the very early stages, there is one attendant to every horse plus the main instructor and attendant. They also do lessons on Saturday mornings, which is nice.

Good luck with your move.
