and all the world agreed on ANNAN plan including Russia & China so what is really ANNAN plan (after modification ):
1-put internal political solutions take into consideration the fears & dreams of the " syrian people "
2-stop all the violence to protect the civilians.
3- providing supplies and helps to civilians who suffer because of this situation.
4-release all the imprisoned people who participated in demonstrations.
5- provide free movement for the media & the journalists in syria.
6- respect the rights of people to express their opinions & demonstrate .
none of the above was achieved till now.
Plus Kusovo was nearer to russian borders and they didn't care for the russian veto.
what i see is just a game to delay so maybe the revolution will stop and the only good intention from outside is from some of the arabic countries in the gulf who see the pain and they really want some real actions to stop the blood shed.
