Actually Gaddafi did try to buy Nukes from Paki A.Q.Khan's network.
So you see, everything in this world is not a conspiracy to invade "innocent" & "Peace" loving nations by bad bad oppressor USA.

But as far as Assad's Syria is concerned their ONLY source of Nukes if at all in future will be Iran. Heck, Iran is the only country Assad regime has full relations with.
