5 steps

Step 1 - 8 glasses of water a day
Step 2 - Cut out inflammatory foods (google it)
Step 3 - 6 small meals a day. 3 of the meals should include grilled chicken/fish with plenty of veg. the other 3 meals/snacks should include a handful of nuts, almonds are really good.
Step 4 - Resistance exercise mixed with interval training (google HIIT or tabata), more beneficial than just cardio
Step 5 - Make sure you get 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night.
